We use Pirsch Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and improve its content and performance.

Pirsch is a cookie-free analytics service. It generates an anonymised visitor identifier using information including the visitor’s IP address, browser details, date and a website-specific value. The IP address is not stored, and visitors cannot be recognised for longer than 24 hours or tracked across different websites.

Form security

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and automated submissions. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and device to determine whether a submission is likely to have been made by a person.

Cloudflare does not receive the information you enter into the form through Turnstile.

Email delivery

Information submitted through our forms is sent securely using Gravity SMTP and SMTP2Go. Form submissions may also be stored within the administration area of this website so that AllActive can respond to and manage enquiries.

Where necessary, we may share relevant information with:

• PayPal, when you choose it as your payment method
• SMTP2Go and other email-delivery providers
• Website hosting, security and technical-support providers
• Cloudflare, for form and website security

We only share information where there is an appropriate reason and limit it to what is reasonably necessary.

The Feefo content displayed on our website shows existing customer reviews. The website does not currently transfer customer details automatically to Feefo for review invitations.

Completed and refunded order information is retained for seven years to support financial and accounting record-keeping requirements.

Learner, assessment and qualification records may be retained for different periods where required by an awarding body, regulator or applicable learner-record policy.

Information may be retained for longer where necessary to deal with an active complaint, dispute, legal claim or regulatory investigation.
